MarginPulse compares your project revenue against all costs in real-time. When you set up a project with revenue and budgeted hours, we track actual hours logged. If hours exceed your budget, your margin drops and you get an alert. For example: a $2,000 project budgeted for 20 hours at $50/hour has a 50% margin. If actual hours hit 25, margin drops to 37.5% and triggers a warning.
